linked voice repeater system
"the link"

our system
SEITS and several of it's individual members support a linked repeater system. Check out these items associated with repeaters, linking, and the SEITS system:

mitrek repeaters
We have several different types of repeaters in our system, but many of us are using converted Motorola Mitrek mobile radios. We have found them to be excellent radios for this kind of service. Consequently, we have gathered a lot of information on them. Check out our special Mitrek page for more information.

repeater info
Much of our project work has a direct bearing on repeaters, Check out our Repeater Page for information on building, setting up, and maintaining repeaters.

other linked systems
There are many other linked repeater systems around the country. We will try to keep a listing here of these other systems as we find them so you can find them!
  • Armadillo Intertie System of Texas is a private, closed system. There is some neat information here even if most of us aren't allowed to use it.
West Texas Connection is an open system covering 20,000 miles of west Texas and parts of New Mexico. This system was one of the inspirations for our system
